i always believe that in order to perform things within a team.. team-work is really important in order to fulfill the task!!
however, in any environment, there is surely some bad worms dun wanna cooperate & follow instruction.. said BIG words NO action!!
maybe i have seen too much during my past employment & really sick of it!! i am tired on putting any effort into a team in such a situation!! they won't feel irritated as time goes by meh?? although i have some great colleagues~ i mind on the working process!!! *huhu*
i will continue to observe how it goes ba~ i heard that it is like this for the past few years!! *WOW* i wonder what are the managers doing?? it's really feeling irritated to be in such things! *sigh*
i will still try my best to endure @ the moment until time is UP! :) what i can say is that the environment is totally not suitable for me ba~

@ least there is something to look forward this weekend!! plus can meet up with my hubby FINALLY! and tuition @ 1pm this sat.. *kaka*
